Peach blossom in full sun - powdery, bright, faintly bitter at the stem.
The brightest of the four, and the one that smells most like a photograph: blossom in strong light, powder and pale sweetness, with the green bitterness of the stem holding it back from being a dessert. Six grams, ten and a half centimetres, best in the morning.
