Four steps, all carried out inside our own operation in Guangdong. No outsourcing, no re-selling of other people's wood.
Heartwood Selection
Curls are shaved from resin-rich heartwood by hand. Grade is set by density and oil content, not by how the piece looks in a photograph.
Pressing & Rolling
Powder is pressed through a die and rolled to 10.5 cm. Every batch is weighed on a caliper-checked scale before it leaves the bench.
Slow Drying
Trays rest in open air and are turned by hand. Drying takes days, never hours — forced heat takes the top notes with it.
The Sinking Test
No certificate required. If it sinks, the resin is there. We film the test on every lot rather than describe it.
Why we show the process
Agarwood is one of the most substituted materials in the trade. A finished product photo can be anyone's. A grove, a workshop, and a bowl of water are harder to fake.
